IT Service Desk Specialist – First‑Line Network Support

CAREER CONNEX PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Service Desk Operator in Singapore to provide first-level technical support on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule. You will troubleshoot network and system issues to ensure continuous IT service availability.

The ideal candidate will possess an ITE Certificate or Diploma in IT, along with 1 to 3 years of internetworking experience and knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies. CCNA certification is preferred. Standby duty is required for emergency activation.
