We are building a modern Service Management and Service Operations function, with a clear focus on improving the maturity of our IT services and enhancing the support we provide to our clinical teams.
Our Service Delivery function is currently undergoing a major transition, moving from multiple, discrete service desk functions to a single, aligned service desk supported by a unified ITSM platform. This role sits at the heart of that transformation, playing a key role in embedding consistent, high-quality operational processes that support effective and reliable service delivery across IT.
