Role Overview
Salayel Hospitality is seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Specialist to support and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure across hospitality operations. The role ensures seamless system performance, data security, and technology support for hotel and serviced apartment environments, contributing to efficient daily operations and an enhanced guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, servers, and networking equipment
- Troubleshoot system, network, POS, PMS, and application issues promptly
- Support hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, access control, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and telephony systems
- Ensure data security, backups, antivirus updates, and system compliance
