IT Specialist

Summary This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Center for Program Integrity, Data Analytics and Systems Group (DASG). As a IT Specialist, GS-2210-15, you will serve as a senior technical authority and program expert for data analytics, investigative systems, and program integrity (PI) operations within DASG. Responsibilities Advises senior CMS, HHS, and Congressional stakeholders on complex IT investment decisions; including budget formulations and legislative proposals. Preparing Congressional testimony support materials, legislative analyses, and executive briefings for HHS Departmental officials and oversight bodies. Developing project management plans, overseeing contractor teams, managing competing deadlines, and negotiating cost, schedule, and deliverables with diverse stakeholders.
