Job Description
Our local government client is hiring an IT Specialist to support their team in Washington, DC!!
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1–3 support for hardware, software, network, and account issues.
- Diagnose and resolve escalated incidents involving Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, networks, and business applications.
Qualifications:
- Completed bachelor's degree
- 6+ years' experience providing network support Windows, Office 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, and MacOS.
