Job Descriptions- Perform component-level and board-level troubleshooting on PCBA, servers, or electronic modules.
- Debug hardware failures involving BMC, BIOS, CPU, PCH, DIMM, PSU, backplane, fan modules, riser cards, and other system components.
- Analyse failure trends and identify root causes using diagnostic tools.
- Reproduce technical issues and isolate defective components.
- Min NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Manufacturing / Engineering
- 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in Semiconductor industry
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
