What You Will Be Doing Client-Facing Support (Onsite & Remote) Deliver responsive IT support directly to clients at their sites and via remote channels Act as the trusted technical partner for end users, troubleshooting issues through to resolution Manage escalated technical incidents across the full Microsoft technology stack
