Job Overview
We are looking for an IT Support who will do the following roles
Responsibilities- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and systems
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, email, and internet connectivity
- Support users with system access, passwords, and basic training
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Escalate complex issues when required
