IT Support / IT Operations Engineer

At Austell, reliable IT operations are critical to keeping the business running. We’re looking for an IT Support / IT Operations Engineer who understands core IT infrastructure, can work effectively with ticket-based support, and responds quickly and calmly during incidents.
This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who wants exposure across end-user support, infrastructure, cloud (Azure), and incident response in a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and resolving IT support tickets (onsite and remote)
• Providing first- and second-line IT support to users
• Supporting laptops, desktops, networks, and cloud-based systems
• Assisting with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Managing user access via Active Directory / Azure AD
• Responding to IT incidents and outages with speed of execution
• Escalating and coordinating with vendors or senior engineers when required
