IT Support & Security Operations Lead

Tristar Group is seeking an IT Support Executive for their Dubai Office. The role involves providing end-user support and managing Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities include Level 1 & Level 2 support for various IT equipment, firewall management, and collaboration with SOC teams on security incidents. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of IT support experience and hands-on skills in relevant technologies.
