Be a crucial part of the IT team at First National as an IT Support Specialist, providing technical assistance and resolving hardware and software issues in a busy office. Help desk support is your specialty.
You will deliver high-quality support to both remote and in-office employees, addressing hardware, software, and communication device issues. Your role includes timely setup of accounts for new hires and the upkeep of print servers and documentation. Collaboration with network administration will be key to implementing the latest technologies.
