IT Support Specialist (Hardware & Software)

NK Hairworks is a growing hair and scalp care brand with 11 outlets across Singapore. We are looking for a dependable IT Support Specialist to support and maintain our IT infrastructure across all locations. This role involves troubleshooting POS systems, maintaining hardware such as computers and CCTV systems, and assisting with general IT and system support. Training will be provided.

• Troubleshoot and maintain POS systems and hardware across outlets
• Perform hardware maintenance and setup for computers, printers, and other peripherals
• Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems and related equipment
• Diagnose and resolve internet and network connectivity issues
• Provide on-site and remote IT support for outlet staff
• Assist with software troubleshooting and system maintenance
