IT Support & Systems Assistant (Windows/AD/Office 365)

Thermometrics México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a responsible individual to manage administrative and production equipment's inventory. The role includes documenting support processes, updating computers, and troubleshooting production software and equipment functionality.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in Office 365, Active Directory environments, and network cabling, as well as experience in operating system reinstallation and printer driver configuration.
