Job Description- 1. Provide IT and network support including system installation, configuration and upgrading (on-site and/or remote technical assistance to end-users).
- 2. Manage computer networks and related computing environments on systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
- 3. Documentation of all the IT assets, user information, phone lines, data lines and software licenses and maintenance.
- 4. Protect data, software, and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measure.
- 5. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems.
- 6. Managing of IT assets and assists in decision making on acquiring IT assets.
- 7. Setting up all the IT requirements which includes PC, Copier Machines, required software and the applications pertaining to the respective department.
