Key Responsibilities
End User Support
Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for Windows 10/11 desktops and laptopsSupport Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, etc.)Troubleshoot hardware issues including desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devicesPerform hardware/software installations, upgrades, and replacementsIdentity & Access Management
Create, modify, and disable user accounts in Active Directory and Azure ADManage password resets, group memberships, and access permissionsSupport MFA and VPN-related access issuesTicketing & Incident Management
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNowPrioritize tickets according to SLA and business impactEscalate unresolved or complex issues to Tier 3 or appropriate IT teamsDocument resolutions,...
