IT Support
We are currently looking for an IT Support personnel to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for web and mobile applications
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to mobile devices and systems
- Setup, configure, and maintain mobile devices, printers, and related equipment
- Assist users with application installation, updates, and issue resolution
- Monitor and report application bugs, device issues, and system performance
- Coordinate with technical and development teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Perform on-site support and maintenance when required
Requirements
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Malaysian citizens only
