EPFL’s School of Engineering is now looking for an IT Support Technician to join their IT support team onsite at EPFL’s Lausanne campus, with occasional work taking also place at the EPFL Neuchâtel campus. Main duties and responsibilities
IT support: You will join a small, collaborative IT support team with structured onboarding and team support, enabling you to deliver IT support to onsite and remote users either in person, or via emails, tickets, and calls, resolving both basic and progressively more complex issues.
