  Job description 
 As part of its operations, a technology company is looking for an IT Support Technician – Level 2 to provide on-site IT support in both office and industrial environments.
  Your responsibilities: 
 Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, both on-site and remotely
 Assist, train, and advise end users
 Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and industrial equipment
 Manage user access through Active Directory
 Support the management of local network infrastructure (VLANs, switches, cabling)
 Document procedures and track interventions using an ITSM tool
 Collaborate with IT teams and operational stakeholders
 Contribute to technical projects, including the deployment of new machines or industrial systems
