Minimum requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical troubleshooting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Windows OS
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and VPN)
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (Essential for site visits)
- Relevant technical training or coursework is highly advantageous
