Provide technical support via on-site visits, phone, WhatsApp, and email, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Perform installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites.
Liaise with vendors for escalation and resolution of complex technical issues.
Conduct product training, demonstrations, and handle internal product repair and knowledge sharing.
RequirementsMin Diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, IT or relevant discipline.
Min 4 year of hands‑on technical support and field servicing experience.
