IT System Engineer

Job Description

1. Manage and ensure the operation of server infrastructure and ICT services in accordance with established standards and procedures to support business operations.
2. Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of servers and supporting services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 Years of experience in Server Administration or System Engineering is an advantage (fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
• Knowledge of Windows & Linux Server, Virtualization, Storage, and infrastructure services (Active Directory, DNS, Mail Server, etc.).
• Understanding of basic networking concepts (LAN/VLAN).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
