Scope of Position

The IT Systems Analyst will be responsible to install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, support server system(s), supporting hardware/software, user accounts, and computer/telephone rooms for guests and team members. He/she will provide training to users on proper usage of all systems as well as provide support and technical guidance. 
Position Requirements
Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment.
Minimum 2 years experience in Information Technology or related field. 
Microsoft Certified Software Engineer preferred. 
Understanding of networks and hotel applications is an asset.
Excellent administrative, interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Helpdesk/Desktop support experience a plus.
