Responsibilities:
Support the IT Service Management teams in the development of content and materials (and not limited to):
ITSM process review/development
ITSM Op Ex Share Point administration
ITSM training and web usage/analytics
Development and production of Optum ITSM training Learn Source courseware related to ITSM
Op Ex processes, e.g., Incident Management, SLO specific.
