Position ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage computers, printers, audio/visual equipment, and mobile devices.Manage the IT inventory system, tracking assets and performing scheduled preventative maintenance.Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service.Troubleshoot technical support requests and manage user accounts including permissions.Minimum RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent.
