Responsibilities
- Assist IT Manager in day-to-day administration of all IT systems such as STG system, POS, SMS blast, email blast software, and other IT-related projects.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults and provide end-user PC support for all supported applications.
- Check and repair computers, replace parts, and install new PC components as required. Perform daily routines such as wellness checks of IT systems.
- Install new network lines for new users. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, including wireless network load. Troubleshoot system and network problems such as slow connections.
