Overview

The IT Support Staff is responsible for providing hands-on technical support, maintaining the company’s IT systems, managing the company website, and implementing basic automation tools to improve operational efficiency.

As the first dedicated IT employee of Pet Partner Philippines, this role will help establish foundational IT systems, support clinic operations, maintain digital platforms, and introduce simple technology solutions to streamline processes.

This is a staff-level, execution-focused role with strong operational and technical responsibilities.

• Technical Support & Infrastructure: Provide on-site/remote IT support, troubleshoot devices and networks, maintain connectivity, and manage issue logs.
