IT Technician

We are currently seeking an 1st Line Technician for a leading technology service department. You will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the service desk offering phone, remote, and on-site support to school based in Enfield, you will be tasked with the following: Acting as an escalation point for all technicians and managed service technicians. Supporting a small number of customers face to face on a recurring timetable Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems Ensuring the security of client and server computers by installing and upgrading antivirus and firewall software Provide a high degree of customer service for all support issues, on-site or remotely Provide onsite support for selected VIP customers on a regular basic The key things were looking for from our 1st Line IT Technician In-depth knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux and UNIX operating systems Strong knowledge of key Windows Server Management tools - A...
