**What You’ll Do:**

+ Deliver first-line technical support for hardware, software, and IT systems, ensuring seamless operations for our end-users
+ Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, peripherals, and user accounts for new hires
+ Troubleshoot challenging hardware, software, and printer issues with efficiency and expertise
+ Monitor and maintain IT systems, escalating complex problems to senior specialists when necessary
