- Support and development of CRM / ERP environments
- Implementation of BI tools
- Development of software applications for project management
- VBA programming
- Resolving queries and issues, providing training, preparing manuals, and implementing improvements in the ERP
- Developing tools to manage projects and tasks
- Improving client area operations
- Developing BI tools to enhance management and commercial control
- Exploiting the CRM for reporting and dashboards
