Job Description
IT Trainee Position – The role provides hands‑on experience in Information Technology, supporting senior IT staff in technical tasks and projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing technical support to all MEDSIR employees, resolving basic IT issues such as software installation and hardware troubleshooting.
- Learn and support the ticketing system for logging and tracking support requests, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior staff, documenting recurring issues for future reference.
- Participate in the setup and configuration of new devices (Mac, Windows, iOS, Android), including network connectivity and software installation.
- Support the IT team in maintaining the inventory of hardware and software assets, conducting regular audits and updates.
