Job Description

Join Earth Sciences New Zealand’s nationwide IT Support team and help keep our people connected, productive, and supported wherever their work takes them, from offices across Aotearoa New Zealand to research vessels and remote environments.
This position sits within the NIWA business unit of Earth Sciences New Zealand. 

Key responsibilities: 
Deliver responsive, user-focused support: Provide timely, high-quality support by setting up and maintaining devices and access, resolving issues efficiently, and keeping users informed throughout.

Contribute to a collaborative team: Share knowledge, strengthen communication, and support continuous improvement in a positive, service-focused environment.

Enable efficient service delivery: Prioritise workload, follow processes, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver remote-first support with onsite assistance as needed.
