  Job Scope 
 Managing Active Directory groups and objects
 Perform PC/Laptop troubleshooting, Operating System upgrade
 Client & Peripherals Deployment
 Communicate and liaise with various working parties and vendors to facilitate IT task completions
 Manage efficient communication with internal customers and suppliers, foresee and resolve problems
 Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Networking, IT Compliance, and Windows operating system
 Prioritize and control activities and deliver results within budgetary and resource constraints
 Prepare and maintain the records of inventory 
 Monitor and redirect user queries to relevant parties for further action
 IT standby support team to provide 24x7 rotating duty
