Overview

Italian Structured Products EME Advisory Lawyer role at Barclays. This role provides legal advice and support to the business units in the Markets division on matters arising from the relevant products/services provided by the Structured Notes Team in the Markets division. You will have regular exposure to securities regulators external law firms, and business managers, as well as colleagues in other teams (Treasury, Wealth, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of best practice legal strategies to manage compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Legal advice and support to the business units in the Markets division on matters arising from the relevant products/services provided by the Markets division.
