IT/OT Support Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT/OT Support Engineer to join a leading company in the logistics and industrial sector, responsible for maintaining and monitoring terminal IT health checks and supporting both IT and OT infrastructure.

This is a 100% onsite role based in Barcelona , requiring a technically skilled professional who can work independently, handle incident and service management (L1 & L2), and contribute to the stability and security of critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for hardware and software including Office applications, desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
