POSITION SUMMARY:



Intermediate role within the ITS Operations Center handling complex triage, advanced smart-hands, carrier/vendor lifecycle management to SLA closure, and mentoring Technician I staff. Operates within two-person -hour shifts to sustain compliance and resiliency.
