Primary Purpose of the Position

Essential Responsible Areas

• Participates in efforts to elicit future systems requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis to analyze, design and implement business solutions for complex business problems.
• Participates in efforts to communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: functional requirements (business requirements document), use cases, GUI, screen and interface designs.
• Takes a broad perspective to identify innovative business solutions that challenge the business on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
• Utilizes industry best practices where relevant to Ball's future.
