ITSM Platform Administrator | ServiceNow/Jira/BMC Expert

ByteCrew is seeking an ITSM Administrator to manage and customize the enterprise ITSM platform, covering incident, problem, change, and service modules. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms, strong ITIL v4 knowledge, and proficiency in English.

The role involves administering platform upgrades, maintaining CMDB, and building self-service portals. A Bachelor's degree in IT is required, and familiarity with Arabic is a plus.
