ITSM & ServiceNow Business Analyst — Process & UAT

Insight is seeking a Mid-level Business Analyst based in Dubai to support a ServiceNow ITSM transformation programme. You will assist in requirements capture, process documentation and stakeholder validation, contributing to user story documentation and UAT support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Business Analysis experience, knowledge of ITSM processes, and strong interpersonal skills. This role requires on-site commitment in the UAE.
