IVF Embryology Specialist: Lab Leader & Training

• Provide consistent and high standard of clinical embryology and assisted reproduction service and care.
• Assist in running the IVF laboratory under the supervision of the laboratory director.
• Responsible for training and assisting in the supervision of junior and new staff members in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
• Participate in research and teaching where appropriate.

• Perform clinical embryology and andrology services following appropriate competency assesment and in adherence tostandard operating procedures

Main clinical duties:

• Semen analysis and preparation for in vitro fertilisation (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and intrauterine insemination (IUI).
• Sperm cryopreservation and thawing
• Processing, cryopreservation and thawing of Epididymal sperm, testicular biopsies and Micro TESE
• Oocyte collection
