Janitorial Supervisor Academy Bldg.- KATY

PRIMARY PURPOSE To lead, oversee, and review the daily work of staff responsible for providing cleaning services for assigned buildings/facilities to ensure clean, orderly and attractive conditions; and to perform a variety of technical tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that new employees are properly oriented and are aware of performance requirements.

• Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise and review the daily work of staff.

• Establish schedules, work goals and methods for providing cleaning services; identify resource needs; review needs with appropriate management staff; allocate resources accordingly - utilizing staff input.

• Maintain a motivational and supportive working environment for staff.

• Implement and support customer service goals.

• Utilization of Q.A. Program to quantify personnel performance.
