**Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor**
**Job Description**
The Janitorial Supervisor coordinates, schedules, and supervises the daily activities of building and facility cleaning staff to ensure all interior and exterior areas remain clean, orderly, and well maintained. This role oversees routine janitorial duties, supports basic grounds and building maintenance, and ensures safe and efficient use of cleaning equipment and chemicals while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the property.

+ Supervise, schedule, and assign cleaning staff for daily interior cleaning of the building, including emptying waste receptacles, debris and trash removal, vacuuming and shampooing floors and carpets, dusting and cleaning furniture, cleaning and restocking restrooms, washing walls, polishing and mopping floors, cleaning up spills, placing mats and runners in inclement weather, and cleaning windows and window coverings ...
