Japanese Interpreter and Translator - Manufacturing - Karawang

Job Description

- Interpret for meetings, audits, and discussions between Japanese stakeholders and Finance/QA teams
- Translate financial documents (reports, budgets, cost analyses) and quality documents (SOPs, NCRs, CARs, ISO audit materials)
- Support internal/external quality audits and factory inspections
- Provide interpretation for general management meetings and accompany Japanese visitors during plant tours
- Translate company communications, manuals, and training materials as needed
- Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Japanese Studies or a related field
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (own JLPT N2 or higher) and strong conversational English
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Translator/Interpreter in a Japanese manufacturing company
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
