Japanese Interpreter N3 - Manufacturing

Job Description

- Provide Japanese–Indonesian and Indonesian–Japanese interpretation during meetings, technical discussions, training sessions, audits, and daily operations.
- Translate technical documents, product specifications, test reports, drawings, standards, procedures, emails, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Support communication between Japanese engineers and local R&D members regarding product development, product improvement, material evaluation, and testing activities.
- Interpret during cross-functional meetings involving R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Sales departments.
- Assist Japanese expatriates in coordinating projects, schedules, and technical activities with local teams.
- Prepare and maintain translation records, reports, and departmental documentation.
