Java Engineering Manager (Polanco)

Key Responsibilities
Lead end‐to‐end design and development of enterprise applications using Java (backend) and Angular (frontend) technologies
Own application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability
Drive technical decision‐making, code standards, and best practices across full‐stack development
Review and approve high‐level designs, detailed designs, and complex code changes
Mentor and guide senior and junior developers; provide technical leadership during delivery and production support
Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Oversee integration with third‐party systems, APIs, and enterprise platforms
Lead modernization initiatives including legacy transformation, cloud enablement, and performance optimization
