Insight Global is looking for a Java Tech Lead to join one of its large financial services clients. This role is needed to enable the client to create a new team to modernize their fees team within their wealth platform.
The Java Lead will be responsible for mentoring a team of 10 offshore developers with design and development. Ensuring the offshore team builds the right solution the right way by reducing defects and speeding up delivery by removing technical blockers quickly.
As an individual contributor the Java Tech Lead serves as a hands‑on senior engineer responsible for designing, building, and enhancing cloud‑based Java applications within a wealth management fees platform.
