Job Responsibilities
• Manage JDE environments (DEV / TEST / PROD)
• Perform package builds, deployments, and refreshes
• Monitor and tune system performance (JAS, enterprise server, kernels)
• Administer security (users, roles, environments)
• Apply ESUs, ASUs, and tools releases
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and system-level issues
• Coordinate with DBAs for database performance
• Manage middleware (e.g., WebLogic)
• Ensure backup, DR, and high availability readiness
• Support audits and compliance requirements
Experience
• 4–7 years of relevant work experience
• JDE CNC
• Oracle DB / WebLogic (commonly)
Key Skills
• JDE environment management (DEV / TEST / PROD)
• Performance tuning & monitoring
• Security & role administration
• Tools releases & patches
• Database & middleware knowledge
