- Ensures that Service/Repair Orders are properly allocated and distributed based on the degree of position and competency of technicians.
- Ensures an equitable allocation of job assignments at all times.
- Handles the plotting of the Repair Order in the dealership’s Communication Process Control Board.
- Addresses issues and concerns on service/ repair order allocation and distribution.
- Monitors each technician's progress and ensures that the allowed time per job is used productively and efficiently.
