In this pivotal position, you will support the Employment Ontario-funded Pathways to Success initiative. This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with employers in manufacturing, retail, warehousing, and food service sectors. You'll match candidates to job openings, prepare them for success, and provide follow-up support post-hire.
