Enterprise Customer Success Manager
About the role: The Enterprise CSM manages the end-to-end journey of enterprise customers after closing, ensuring adoption, integration, and business value across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the relationship from close to operational adoption, building a mutual action plan and structured adoption roadmap.
- Drive deep adoption across all relevant teams and spend categories, ensuring Alaan becomes indispensable.
- Establish and execute a governance rhythm, including Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Executive Business Reviews.
- Build executive relationships across finance, operations, and the C‑suite, framing value in the customer’s commercial terms.
- Own the value‑realisation story, quantify impact, and use it to anchor renewals and justification for expansion.
