Job Description
Key Responsibilities
The candidate performs invoice processing, analysis and problem-solving, reconciliation of accounting accounts, monthly closing process, and posting of journal vouchers.
- Invoice process solving.
- Reporting.
- Balance accounts reconciliation.
- Interaction with suppliers and different Phinia areas.
- End of month closing.
- To handle Internal and External Audits.
- To address requiriments with Mexico authorities.
- JV postings.
Qualifications / Specific Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- Proactive.
- Work under pressure.
- Outside the box, problem solving skills.
- Learning on the fly.
- Positive Attitude.
- Experience in SAP and MS Office.
- Bilingual 50%.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask required.
